Account Deletion Instructions
Follow these steps to complete the account deletion process.
Important Notice
Your data will be retained for a minimum of 5 to 7 years to comply with global tax and AML regulations, even if your account is deleted.
Login into your account
Click the link below to login to your ROBOVOLT account. You'll need to authenticate before you can proceed with account deletion.
LoginGo to Settings
Once logged in, navigate to your account Settings. Click on "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the deletion process.
For Generator Owners
If you're a generator owner, you must confirm battery returns of all active rentals and withdraw your earnings before deleting your account. Any unclaimed earnings will be forfeited.
For Battery Renters
If you're a battery renter, you must return the battery to complete your rental before deleting your account. Outstanding rentals must be resolved before account deletion can proceed.
